Dear Ms. Hudson, Just getting a patent is no assurance that you will do more than spend money no matter how good the idea is. That is if the invention is patentable. Patents can be gotten on very simple inventions. Concepts cannot be patented. There is a $100M+ a year scam industry getting people to file patent applications. Only 1 in 10000 make more money they pay. The public need to help itself to avoid the scams. What is worse legitimate patent lawyers can get patents that are worthless, even if valid. If you ask a patent lawyer to get a patent for you and the lawyer says yes, you may very well get the patent but that does not assure you in any way of having value or being able to make money. M.
