It not easy with or without a patent to make money even on good ideas. The companies that send packets usually make money. It is one in ten thousand that make more than they pay. Patents are expensive. Even an expensive issued patent can be worthless. A recent client showed me a patent he had that he saw used everywhere. The patent may have been valid but it was 100% avoidable. Big bucks down the drain even using a Regsistered Patent Lawyer. M. Arthur Auslander
