Recently, I was performing a patent search and found
that, in general, one of my ideas had already been
exploited by another. What can be done when another
individual has a patent on a good idea however, the
design of this idea is of substandard quality? In this
case, this product is not even on the market. Is this
good idea doomed to sit on a shelf until someone else
comes along and does all the work?
