Dear Melanie Jones,

A Patent is a legal monopoly on an invention for a limted period of time.

File a patent application. For a good patent its complex and expensive. For a bad patent is it expensive.

It takes about three years to get the patent once you have applied and more money has to be spent.

We like to save time money and worry with a Reality Check (sm).
