"The idea has to be kept a secret until PATENT application is filed" This statement is Totally contradicting to Doing a Reality Check with assistance of a lawyer; Obviously idea has to be disclosed in order for a Reality Check. : : Well Apart from the above question, I was wondering where can an individual go (I mean an address or phone number etc) to atleast get PATENT FORMS printed by US govt. and What are the fees/charges for filing for a patent of an idea ? : : Most of the answers to querys do not have this information.
