That means not just the mechanics of patent, trademark and copyright but the effective use of Intellectual Property in a business envirioment. : Business names acan be registered as trademarks. One must know the differences between trademark and trade name. : Designs can be copyrighted. That doesn't stop similar designs on the market, as longs as they are not copies. : A design patent may protect a very specific style.
