Ideas are not patentable. The person who works out the details may be the actural inventor. For protection you need an agreement with whomever you deal. Developmental costs can be great and then patent costs are expensive. I have the names of some people that may be able to help you some of whom I have used in the past and feel tey can be trusted. Before you even go further is might be prudent to go through a "Reality Check". You can call me to discuss the matter but we do charge for the "Reality Check", though not for the mere inquiry. We give a credit for the "Reality Check" against a patent search.
