: Hello, : Thanks, Dear Mr. Vandell, If life were that simple there would be no lawyers. Yet it has been done but it happens more often in the old fashioned Rover Boys books of the 20's and 30's than in real life. We rely on the service of our Reality Check (sm) as a way of giving perspective to clients. As attorneys we do not recommend filing even when we know that we can get patents unless they pass the Reality Check (sm). If you have filed yourself you are not likely to have the insight to get a patent with claims of any value. If have used a Registered Patent laywer the lawyer may be working for the fee and not the invention. If you have gotten involved with the advertising scammers, even though they use lawyers for their filing, it is only 1 in 10thou that make more than they pay. M. Arthur Auslander
