I though I answered this though I don't see the answer entered. Each attorney is different. I write trademark and patent applications, and copyright applicacation. The patent and trade mark applications usually have to be amended. I counsel clients that come in. Things can get very busy.
I don't know about the South but I have recolledtion of hearing good things about Emory.
