A patent search can determine if something has been patented. It often takes more than even a good patent to be able to make money.
We do a "Reality Check", first. In many instances even where obtaining a patent is likely, there are obvious difficulties which may make it prudent not to even apply.
We charge for the "Reality Check" but give a credit for the charge if a patent search is conducted. We consider the realities beyond just a patent.
