: : how would i find out if my ideas has already been presented for a patent. is there any way i can find out

Dear John,
A patent search is the best way. Patent applications won't show, but they will now be published and searchable 18 months after filing. The application publication is new.

It is easy to get a patent. Not every patent gives the protection you need and not every invention is patentable.
It is adviseable to seek a Patent Lawyer you can trust.
We start with a Reality Check (sm) to save time money and worry.
