What is your question? Just having a patent doesn't mean a thing. You can spend thousands and get a patent and have something of no value. You might have a patent on the most wonderful invention in the world, yet no one is intrested in the invention.

Further there is a $100M+ a year scam of getting people to file patent applications. It's one in ten thousand that earn more than they pay.

If you have an invention it is important to keep it secret, to protect it. You need the advise of a good Intellectual Property lawyer, a Registered Patent Lawyer that you can trust.
