: : Well hear is my question, after taken an apprentice position under a very large toy manufacture for the last few years I have finally got my idea. It is a very simple one at that with a very low overhead. I have the means to produce my idea in south East Asia or even here in the states. Everything is in place and ready to fly but I still to this day have not really let my idea out. I know that I need to protect it before I do. I have not only taken one but many reality checks. I have not dropped any money in to it at this point in time, but am getting ready to. I am looking for a patent lawyer in Colorado Springs, CO and know nothing about taken that chance. Please let me know what steeps I need to take know?? I have my mission statement together and I have my trade-shows lined up to show my product. But once again I do not what to hit the market with out my idea having protection. There are a lot of manufactures out there that have the means to blow me out of the water if I let hem see my idea. I am just a little guy but I know I can make my idea work please help I would love to hear your impute.
