I need to know what you mean about evidentiary requirments. What were and how before the question can be answered. I am aware that Trips exist but have not paid much attention to it since I have either factored it into my domestic practice or have not believed it has had any impact on anything I have done. If you clarify "evidentiary" and clue me in on the text Trips. I am sure I can give you a good answer.
