: : : I am trying to find out how to at least get a paten pending for a machine i designed and made. i need to at least get a paten pending or some form of protection. : : : please help me. : : i ahve no coments abuot your invension. That is good idea..keep it up the good work.. : Best protection for an invention is to keep it secrest until a patent application has been properly filed. A proper filing is expensive. Not every idea is going to result in a patent and not every patent is going to make money. There is a 100M scam a year getting inventors to file patent applications witn a promise to promote. A Reallity Check saves money and worry. I start witn it. : M.
