It appears that Company X (Razor USA), is suing
many Company Y's and that the lawsuits have just
started. Good for lawyers. Bad for consumers.

Now that I know what you are talking about, I still
don't know how to answer your question without
evaluating the merits & scope of Razor USA's
patent(s) and evaluating Company Y's business.

If you are affiliated with any of the companies
involved in the lawsuit - I URGE your company
to seek immediate legal counsel. Razor USA sure
did.
