: I have recently got a company to promote an invention idea,They have told me they have done a preliminary patent search,and that they could not find a invention like mine.unfotunatly i recently bought a PC and had a wander round on the internet,and came across the united states patent office ,I started to look up similar ideas and came across something almost the same as my idea.the promotion program i have agreed last 2 years,what can i do about it.thank you peter
