Dear Mark, There is no provisional patent in the US. It would appear that if you have filed anything, it has been without professional legal assistance. That is like using Gray's Anatomy to perform a operation on youself. I resent having to pay for something that I could do myself and frankly I don't trust doctors very easily. There is a time when we all need help and may have to pay for it. It is not clear what you want. It is likely that there are things can be done to give new protection to changes in a concept. M.
