Posted by R. L. Dillon on October 17, 2000 at 08:41:39:

Is there a way to recover assignment of my patent that has been Abandoned or not used by a former employer?

I was paid an assignment fee of $10 by my former employer about 10 years ago. There has been NO work related to this since it was granted.

All work was done in the state of Illinois should state law come into play.

Thanks in advance for any prudent advice.
