The invention must be new useful and unobvious. A patent application must be signed by the inventor. If you divulge or use the invention before filing the first application, you lose your right to valid patents in almost every country in the world except the US. : I you give me a call I can preliminarily go over what you have to get a better idea of what has to be done. I charge for a "Reality Check" which give you the whole picture realistically. I don't need to know what the invention is if we talk. In fact I don't want to know unless you are a client.
