I am doing just that right now. It does not matter if you have graduated or not. I graduated long ago and am taking science classes as a continuing ed student. One thing though, in order for an attorney at OED to look at the number of credit hours you have to determine if you may sit for the exam, you must submit the examination form and fee with your grades, etc. If you do not have the correct Be SURE to follow the requirements (see www.uspto.gov) exactly as follows.
