: dear sir Dear Vivek Jain You are on the edge of a lot of proof and red tape on a country by country basis with a great likelihood that what you have discovered may not be patentable. You may be able to sell a home remedy under a trademark. The claims you make will probably have to be examined under the laws of each country you try to sell the remedy in.
