Dear Ms. Hutchinson,

You have to find an Intellectual Propery Lawyer you can trust.

It is easy to spend money. Even a Good patent may not go commercial. There is an advertizer scam inducing unwary inventors to file patents, that used to haul in $100M a year. It may be up to $200M by now.

I've had clients with patents gotten from legitimate practitioners, where the invention was given away and the patent did not give the protection that the invention needed.
