"The idea has to be kept a secret until PATENT application is filed" This statement is Totally contradicting to Doing a Reality Check with assistance of a lawyer; Obviously idea has to be disclosed in order for a Reality Check. : Well Apart from the above question, I was wondering where can an individual go (I mean an address or phone number etc) to atleast get PATENT FORMS printed by US govt. and What are the fees/charges for filing for a patent of an idea ? : Most of the answers to querys do not have this information. I will be glad to get answers to my questions. : Thanks, : Arun. Dear Arun Birla Don't be a weisenhimer with the law. If you understood the law you would know that a disclosure to a Patent Lawyer is in confidence as would be what you told a priest, and therefore legally safe. Good luck to you. You can get all the informattion you want by clicking on the Patent Page of this forum. I suggest you have your "reality checked". M. Arthur Auslander
