Dear Mr. Moyer, Keep it secret until a patent application is filed to protect against loss or rights. You can file a proposed use trademark application on the name to reserve it for a few years if you are not in business now. Just recently the Supreme Court came down with a decision that allows the patenting of Business systems. It may be possible to patent a restaurant concept. We would have to look at it to see.
