The way we work is to see what you have, learn what you want and hone raw facts into a legal decision. This does not even mean filing a patent application. Many patent applications can be foolhardy. The are instances where there may be practical alternative routes without a patent even if the invention is patentable. Not every patent is going to give the protection that you need. We call this a reality check. Don't worry about the details they can be honed to law and fact. M. Arthur Auslander
