: I have a idea for I would like to start a website/Business and want to know if you can patent a Business concept or the way it works. There are other websites out there that do the idea I am thinking of but they don't tailor it to a particular industry that I am looking at. I am not sure if a patent would be the way to go or if a Copyright is more appropriate. If it is sucessful then I would like to license the concept to others. : Thanks for any info you can share.
