The Toler Law Group, Intellectual Properties is seeking to Patent Attorneys with 2 to 5 years experience. As part of our team you will provide a diverse array of IP services to some of the world's most sophisticated technology companies, many of whom are amongst the nation's top producers of patents. We work in the areas of electrical engineering and computer-related technology, telecommunications, aerospace and business methods amongst others. As a patent attorney you will be providing strategic prosecution, offensive and defensive analysis and opinions to help our clients position themselves and their IP portfolios in the global marketplace. No book of business is required. Qualifications: 2 to 5 years of law practice experience with patent preparation and prosecution. Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering - no exceptions. Excellent academic record is preferred. Industry engineering experience preferred.
