Job Description: |
Patent Agent or Patent Attorney (at least 2 years experience) needed for overflow work to draft Provisional and Non-Provisional Patent Applications on a contract basis. Must also be able to draft office action responses. We handle all correspondence and filing. Applications are extremely simple mechanical applications. Rates will be $50/hour and typical payment to overflow contractor per application will be between $800 - $1,500 per application. Significant and steady volume available for right candidate.
