Serious INQUIRIES ONLY Under the supervision of Partner the patent attorney will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications, will be accountable for developing and/or implementing specific patent strategies for assigned projects, and will provide all aspects of patent advice and services to assigned client groups.RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare, file and prosecute US, EPO and foreign patent applications;
• Interact with clients in the US on a daily basis, provide client counseling and proactively solicit invention disclosures;
• Provide patentability, validity and freedom-to-operate opinions;
• Establish and/or implement specific patent strategies for assigned projects;
• Advise effectively with internal clients on patent matters;
• Educate internal clients on important patent strategy issues;
