Our client, a global technology corporation, is seeking to hire a Senior Licensing Counsel with 4+ years of appropriate experience. Primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing revenue generating strategies, managing patent licensing programs and initiatives and successfully negotiate, draft and close licensing agreements. Successful candidate should have a proven revenue generating patent licensing experience. Excellent oral and written communications skills are very important in this role. Prefer an Electrical Engineering (open to others) undergraduate degree; admission to at least one Bar and the USPTO is required. There may be some overlap and support to other IP areas, such as IP litigation and prep/pros. This will be a highly visible position with definite room for growth. There will be relocation assistance provided.
