Job Description: |
CAR-FRESHNER Corporation, the Watertown, NY maker of the world-famous LITTLE TREES air fresheners, is looking for an Intellectual Property Counsel to help defend IP rights. The IP Counsel will report to the company’s General Counsel, and oversee day-to-day trademark defense projects. A successful candidate will have practiced law for at least 3 years, and have collected significant experience in litigation and intellectual property (preferably trademarks).
