Promerus LLC is a technology driven organization providing advanced material solutions for the next generation of applications in the semiconductor, optoelectronic and electronic packaging markets. With our 70th US Patent about to issue, we are looking for an in-house patent attorney to work with our Senior Patent Counsel to interact with our talented core of innovators and parent company in Japan to develop patent strategies, prepare and prosecute US and foreign patent applications, freedom to operate and validity evaluations, and technology related agreements.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Patent Attorney with at least an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and 3 or more years of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution experience, preferably in-house. Hands-on experience in chemical/polymer R&D or manufacturing and/or a technical graduate degree is a plus. Proficiency in MSWord required.
