Job Description: |
Small intellectual property firm in Center City, Philadelphia, has an immediate opportunity for part-time employment as a patent assistant preparing and filing information disclosure statements (IDSs) via the patent office's electronic filing system (USPTO-EFS). If capability is demonstrated, possibility exists for transition to other types of work, including trademark prosecution and other aspects of patent prosecution as well as an opportunity for future full-time employment with generous benefits package. Must be able to handle significant flow of work, adapt to changing demands, be willing to take initiative, have strong interpersonal and grammar skills, and be able to type 70 wpm.
