Preference will be given to Attorneys with big law firm background, have established clients or are serious about establishing clients; have advanced degrees, PhD preferred, in any one of Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Biotechnology. Ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to provide expert-level legal advice and support to our client’s businesses relating not just to patent procurement, but a wide variety of challenging intellectual property matters in a quickly evolving and changing industry.

Must have considerable experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications, opinion work, due diligence and/or patent litigation. Must be committed to providing high quality, error-free service in a cost effective manner in a very collegial atmosphere.
Maturity, professionalism, positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to participate in firm’s business development strategies are a plus.
