Job Description: |
We are engaged in a search on behalf of a midsized pharmaceuticals company. Our client is seeking a candidate who has all the requisite experience that 15 plus years would entail; which includes IP strategy; client counseling; opinion writing and managing an IP portfolio. But they are also seeking an experienced manager; one who has prior experience with direct-reports that would include other Patent Counsels. This position will report to the Chief IP Counsel and will have several direct-report patent attorneys. A scientific background is required as well as prior experience managing direct reports in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry. The position is based in the Northeast and relocation assistance is available.
