Job Description: |
Two separate companies have positions for experienced patent litigators. Candidates must have 8-12 years of patent litigation experience from a well-regarded law firm or company. Both positions report directly to the General Counsel. One position requires both patent litigation and commercial litigation experience. Base salary is up to $180k maximum. These companies will ONLY CONSIDER LOCAL SF BAY AREA CANDIDATES and will not contribute to relocation.
