We are seeking individuals with immediately transferable skills who have strong academic backgrounds who have major law firm experience and/or industry experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for patent prosecution, application drafting, invention harvesting, and assistance with patent landscapes and freedom to operate analysis in various high technology areas with emphasis on wireless, telecommunications, semiconductor, and computer science technologies.
