Provide strategic patent related legal guidance counsel to Senior R&D and Business leaders.

Experience & Skills Required:
- Registration to practice before the USPTO.
- Licensed to practice law in at least one state.
- Undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science or Polymer Engineering.
- 7 plus years of patent preparation and prosecution experience at a major corporation and/or intellectual property law firm.
- Limited supervision and oversight.
Preferred Experience:
- Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
- 5 plus years of prior work experience in a field within the chemical industry.
- Prior experience managing technical and/or engineering personnel.
- Prior experience in communication of complex issues and proposals to decision makers of an organization.
