To judge whether your invention has inventiveness, you can rely on the principles said in last passage,  
 
which orders that you own common technology backgrounds and are able to understand the public  
 
technology. The following will introduce some adjuvant methods to judge the inventiveness.
 
First, if your invention solves some technically difficult problems which people haven’t been worked out  
 
for a long time, your invention can be deemed as possessing of inventiveness usually.
 
Second, if your invention overcomes some technical bias which means the technicists have been  
 
recognizing in the wrong way or far from the truth for a long time and prevents people from researching  
 
and developing in other ways.
 
 
 
If your invention adopts the methods which people usually give up and consider it impossible, your  
 
invention is deemed as possessing of inventiveness usually.
 
Third, if your invention can lead to the unexpected effect, such as the quality improved greatly, quantity  
 
greatly increased, your invention is deemed to possess of inventiveness.
 
Fourth, if your invention obtains great success commercially, and the commercial success is directly  
 
arising from invention, your invention is deemed as possessing of inventiveness.
 
Fifth, if your invention is creative, which means the same invention hasn’t appeared before  
 
your invention, your invention is deemed as possessing of inventiveness.
