If the examiner say that the invention is obvious, and I answer, and he still think it it abvious, is it the end of the road? Or I can still disagree?

You can always disagree.  And, it's not the end of the road -- you can continue to argue.  However, you are limited in the ways in which you can argue once the rejection is made "final".
