As a former examiner I vaguely remember a SPE telling me once that when making a 103 rejection using multiple references you need to use all the secondary references to modify a primary reference. In other words, you can't use a secondary reference to modify a primary reference and then use a third reference to modify the secondary reference. Any idea?
