extension to oppose trademark

A few questions please
How many times  can I file for extension of opposition at the USPTO and for how many days per extension ?
Also i have filed and was granted a 60 day extension which is up on Jan 9 ,2008. I have been talking to another company that may want to join in with me
to oppose the registration can i add their name to my second extension to oppose? How would I add their name to the extensions?
My company along with at least 5 other companies have been using the 2 words ( instant door )for over 15 years to describe and sell our products which are quite similiar in name ,marketing channels and actual product  to the proposed TM registration. I am surprised the USPTO would allow 2 generic words to be registered. I have used ( instant door)
in this question as a example of the proposed trademark registration.

You can receive a total of 90 days extension on your own initiative.  The applicant can stipulate to further extensions if it wants.  Adding another potential opposer will not alter this timeline.
