I have an idea for my business name that I want to franchise. I found another business with some of the same words like below. Will this affect my trademark if I try to file this.

Example:

Theirs::     Bringing Home Cash

Mine::   Home Cash

or

Theirs::    Bringing Home Bacon

Mine:: Home Bacon

Do you understand what I mean? The last part of my potential trademark is in someone elses three word trademark. They are also in the same industry. Thanks for your advice ahead of time.

First, the test for trademark infringement is "likelihood of confusion".  You can answer for yourself whether or not consumers would likely be confused between the two marks.

Second, one does not simply "franchise" a name.  Franchising is a lot more complicated, and in its simplest form, requires that you have an established business and trademark rights (and the latter can't exist without the former).
