Hello,

I am wondering where the line is in this situation.  Let's say I want to create t-shirts to sell in a fan store for the TV show Seinfeld.

Let's say I find a similar font and color of the Seinfeld logo and create text-only quotes and references from the show.

IE.
No Soup For You (direct quote)
Jerry and George are my friends. (reference)

Is one more acceptable than the other?  Can I use either, none?  What is the law in this situation?  Thanks.
