i have a question regarding the website of friendster . i know that they have 2 patents and maybe 1 more pending about their site. i wanted to know if the patents that they have really help them against coptung their site .as far as i've seen their site was the only one that provided their service. the reason that i am asking is that i have an idea for a website that is in the same field of dating but with a new concept and i wanted to know if it is worth all the trouble ( timewise and financewise ) in getting a patent. i would appreciate any dat or material u can provide.
