Title: req. for reconsid or new petition

I got a dismissal for a petition filed under 37 CFR 1.378(c) because I did my math wrong (by $45 dollars).

My question is: Can I file a new petition or do I have to file a petiton for reconsideration at an addtional cost of 400.

The reason I ask is that the dismissal letter states "The petition for recosideration must include the lacking item, since, after a decision on the petition for reconsideration, no further reconsideration or review of the matter will be undertaken by the Director."

Any advice will be much apperciated.
