I want to establish an Indo-European or IE. language Trademark and Copyright office and create a legitimate monopoly over this property, not in public, private, or in the press, but in all  IE. political, business, and organizational, speaking zones, because I can most justly prove that I, most justly, bear the prima face "register" of the more frequent portion of well-defined IE. words and concepts....  why, could I not do that, legally?

How would you stop someone from competing?
 
There may (very slight chance) be a way to protect your process nationally (individually in every country you operate, if your process is novel and not obvious.  But this is a very expensive proposition.
 
Don't get me starting on Anti-Trust violations...
