Hi everyone!  
 
Can anyone sugest me the name of the university/college or institute (anywhere) where i can pursue my Ph.D program i Intellectual Property and also tell me about the scholarship time scheudule etc. I am post graduate in Biochemestry with more than 2.5 years experience of research and approx 1.6 years exp. in Intellectual property particular in patent field. I want to make up my carrer in this IP field only thats why I am interested in Ph.D prgram in Intellectual Property.

I don't think there is such a thing.  Many law professors have no more than a JD (Juris Doctor) which is what all lawyers have.  There's something akin to a masters in law (one notch above JD).  I think the Latin acronym is ILM LL.M.
 
If you want a professorship in IP law, get your JD and clerk for the Federal Circuit.

 Can you tell me about such provisions in India as an indian I want to make up my career in my own country or can you suggest me the scope for me in foreign country in view of my exp. and qualifications.
