I have done extensive research on docketing systems in the past.  I can recommend two:
 
CPI
CPA's Foundation IP
 
None of them are cheap, but I have negotiated with one company who dropped their initial price from over $150,000 to $25,000!  
 
As a sole practitioner, you should be able to get a reasonably priced system from one of the 2 companies listed above.
